Or you can give him 2 months notice to move the stuff and he'll probably just plain move out.As long as he keeps his stuff on his side of garage I wouldn't see a issue, it's just he can't expect it to be secure as it has joint usage

this is completely inappropriate if not a violation of my privacy rights.then the BUYER's AGENT called the county inspector and he tells the agent that he is very concerned about some things.

@Kareem Ghuneim, As far as energy usage, that's all going to be on the package depending on what fixture/bulb you get and the life of the lighting.

For instance, water/sewer needs to be separately metered and charges HAVE to be based on actual water meter reads, there is no such thing as estimating usage and billing...it needs to be down to the T.

The agent is suggesting adding a “usage addendum” to cover the period from move-in until the start of the lease, which I’m not comfortable with.I haven’t been able to find anything online that refers to a usage agreement/addendum for residential leases.
