Anyone have suggestions for re-fi's/long term mortgages for a small rv park?

Yes I’ve been spending a bit more time and have a few custom workflows created for a guest to get the Wi-Fi access code and common questions around where things are or where to bring trash when check out is, etc.

When you have a flip property in a questionable part of town, are there security device options without having to call an internet provider out and set up a full blown wi-fi network? 

But without a secured loan, I worry that a re fi after 5 years could put me in a dangerous situation. 

After the re-fi I decided to pull out $225k (instead of $260k) and leave a little of my own cash wrapped into the deal and keep a bit more equity in the property.
