My father has been in the real estate business for about 40 years and I learned a little bit from him.  

My Father owns 50% of the house and it is possible that my Dad owns 100% depending on the verbiage on the trust – but regardless my Dad says the house is split between him, my two Sisters, and myself 25% each.

My parents Want to get a Loan for land. it is under 50k but despite my father having decent credit( they require over 700 for all 3 scores and 1 of his is over 700 while the others are high 600's) they denied him the loan.

I live in Pelham now, but I grew up in Lowell and my father still lives in the house I grew up in in Centerville on Coburn St. 

I have a work colleague attempting to manage or sell her fathers two bedroom two bath remotely.

But it was her boy friend that put the down payment down 5k then and 5k later which he paid.( he was also the father of some of her children) The house went in default when he found out about it he brought it current. 

I remember many storms where we lost power and my father struggling outside in the storm to start the gas pump to pump out the basement.

My son in laws brother has over fifteen property's in the valley and his father also has several. 

Additionally, the deed of the house is in his father's name (now deceased) and it was inherited by the son (who I'm calling the owner, and who lives there) and his two siblings.
