One of the upsides I am finding is that those vacant parcels sometimes have mobile homes on them, but they will appear as vacant land in the tax sale because the home hasn't been tied to the property.

Pause your campaigns, or limit to call-only (mobile). 

Recently I've had the chance to speak to a couple of the "big hitters" in the mobile home park industry.

I'm more concerned about financial freedom and complete life freedom in the sense of mobility and time off when I want it.

You might get some idea from the guys that have Mobile Home Parks with rural water.  

I work a full time job, own a home, and one mobile home rental property.

There is a reason that only 10% are in the B and I category, because it takes hard work, dedication, constant learning and sometimes a little luck too.  

I have used several title companies and have the following requirements:  1) easy to work with, 2) make me a priority and move the process efficiently, 3) good communication, 4) competitive fees, and 5) mobile close service.If you are military or have someone in the direct family who is/was you might consider One Nation Title (formerly First Republic). 

Why wouldn't they just go work with someone who dedicates their entire career to serving people in that capacity?
