You are right Simon, they are all Socialists.They have really wierd stuff in here, I pay socialist taxes to cover healthcare and it costs less than a private healthcare insurance in US.The health cost per capita in US is the highest in the world because it's the best.My wife had to go to the hospital 3 times and did not pay a dime, while sometimes with private insurance you still have to pay a flat fee each time you go there, crazy socialist stuff.My buddy in US had his wife and daughter seek treatment and spent thousands, almost went bankrupt and started smoking, but he likes it.

The loan is still in the deceased's name, but the daughter can't keep making payments on it.

I finally ask for a supervisor, and told him I had a golden retriever, other than that no person lived at the house,,,he ask me if I knew "xxx xxx",,the niece, I said I knew who she was, but had never meet her.She still used my house as a residence, and her daughter had turned 16,,the insurance company thought I was simply not insuring her,,,we got it resolved, but he said if I hadn't been with them for many years, it could have caused me problems (they could have found a reason to not re-new my policy because they thought I was lying.

(or no I am looking for mom, daughter etc ).

I plan on using conventional financing and private money for my first couple of deals and I will be purchasing my first official property.My reason for real estate investing is my wife and two beautiful daughters.

The mother who lived in a similarly priced apartment to the one I was was renting was the one that looked at the apt, filled out the application, used her ssn/dob/ID, provided her landlord and employment references, singed the lease, accepted the keys......and then her adult daughter moved in instead of her and lasted 3 months before being evicted. 

I have a tenant right now that, while she has never been a problem, her adult daughter is in the picture now, visiting a lot, and keeps trying to "upgrade."  

My daughter just recently got her NC RE license.

I have a 3 year old daughter and she is the main reason to do this because I want her to have an even better life than she already has.
