There is roof damage, probable damage to the trusses, and the water line busted.

As a former resident of both islands, I was shocked to see the damage firsthand and to also see all the homes that where I once lived having to dig out from the sand that came with the surge.Coming back to my own home off the islands I could not help to think how this event is going to change our local area in the near-term.

I hope it's on, but what's the damage near the hotel or getting to and from the hotel and airport?

No telling what issues this could have caused if I didn’t know they moved out and there was no power to the home for a month.

Someone damaging sheetrock in the hallway, damage to the outside, etc that can't be pinpointed to a specific tenant. 

Lots of structural damage, and the entire area is still without water and power for the most part.  

Dig deeper into the cause of those vacancies and look at broader trends like job growth and vacancy rates.

And it was real estate speculation here that helped cause the Great Depression.

I have 8 doors with them and this last year one of my homes had massive fire damage. 

Carpet is damaged, couches were destroyed, and all other tenants are complaining of fleas.
