Then it's confrontational if you try to hold them to what they have signed and they see it as the requirements have not been met so they want out.

In my area (Phoenix) I can issue a 30 day notice of non-renewal with no reason at all and in some cases your better off not giving a reason because it may cause further confrontation.

I wouldn't recommend threatening pulling the deal (assuming you want it) as that will just create confrontation.

Today, I received a note from my neighbors confirming they received the above mentioned letter and that they will not be filing a claim with their own insurance company and would like to have the Maintenance dept of the Condo Association perform the work to repair the damages and bill me directly.I would like to resolve this situation in the most respectful way possible and avoid any confrontational or hostile-like situations from arising!
