First time buyer . Purchasing 6 attached properties

Hello y’all ,

Off market deal . Trying to assemble and approach 6 different owners all R7 zoning totaling 70k BSQF .

During this process , I’m trying to stay under the radar as low as possible between one owner to another . If the whisper will be no longer silence info between them , the purchase price will not be as reasonable as expected .

So I’m trying to confront my offers as confidential as it could get . I’m aware to target the largest property first which is on a corner . ( Bronx Market )

Any ideas , please share .

Best ,

Barry .
