Are Hornsby Bend & Manor worth looking into?

I'm a builder, broker, and investor in Lodi, CA and relocating to Bend, OR.In Lodi, I have a large network of agents, clients, and subcontractors that I have built over the past 5 years and will be moving to a new market where I have almost no contacts.I plan to refresh my flipping, building, and RE business in Bend and start a property management company.Would love the community's thoughts, insights, and feedback on starting over in a new market. 

Second Drawer, Tenant files past and present. going back to 1990.Third Drawer: Documents in an accordion folder per property in the order they were purchased:  Hud 1s, appraisals, contracts, mortgages, loans and pay off letters..Bottom Drawer: Stuff I am too lazy to bend over for more than once every other year or so. 

She also mentioned she has $2m-$4m buyers (funny you mention those figures) looking but no properties are in the Bend school districts.

I would tell him you don't have the means to put him in a hotel right now.I would be very kind to refund remaining rent after he leaves and maybe full deposit.I would really encourage them to vacant and you will bend over backwards to help.After they leave you could give them another $500 if you would like.Is your state still giving tenants COVID relief?

In Texas, Brazoria, El Paso, Fort Bend, McLennan, Montgomery, and Williamson counties all have recently-filed Recorder's docs that you can search online for free without paying a fee whatsoever.

Go to ones which are run by individuals who bring in experts like Fort Bend RE meet up used to happen in Rudy's etc.,
