Consideringwhat most families of our size spend to stay at Disney for a short time, you really can't beat it in terms of comparative costs. 

And if they do cut on it or it takes a beating, you can sand down and refinish them easily. :)

In the past, smaller taxpayers such as yourself held a disproportionately higher audit risk since it's a lot faster to audit the little guy which makes their numbers look better.

There are a lot of variables involved so its hard to see unless you run the numbers especially since you might replace this home with 2-4 units and where the loans on those new properties would be at a higher rate.

I suspect San Jose would beat all 3 but is too small for their list. 

Not sure yet what the pitch will be at the end of the 3-day event but Phill has done 1000s of deals and has direction for every possible scenario.
