@Joe Gore Correction: the official name of the form is not HUD its the Uniform Residential Loan Application, otherwise known as the Freddie Mac Form 65 / Fannie Mae Form 1003.

If the zoning is pretty uniform and there isn't much room for expandability I can see where the land wouldn't move the gauge *as much* as sq ft and condition.

If I got a call referring to a loan like that it would tell me I have some uniformed party on the line and my goal would be to get off as they will probably waste my time.I see many newbies here in all types of situations having difficulty communicating with banks, Realtors, title companies, note brokers and others simply because they are not using the correct term and using some guru slang.
