I discovered Wave, which I like the layout of much better, and it has ledger where you can enter transactions in the dr/cr format.  

The first wave of a recession will wipe you out.

Over the next year or so I think we're going to find out who has sustainable business models and who was riding the wave of good fortune. 

This next wave will be due to an economic crisis as some economists believe we are already in a recession.

Luckily, I know several that still have 100s of millions of dollars in liquidity (fine in the long term) but have paused alongside their competitors as a conservative measure in the wake of uncertainty caused by this virus although the big issue is servicing/back end (dried up secondary market for these loans/pending foreclosure wave).  

I would love to pick up a foreclosed property; do you guys feel with everything currently going on that we will see a wave of foreclosures in the next 3-6 months?
