Same thing happened to my rental here in Jacksonville..DEA, state marshals, doors and windows kicked in, machine guns and 100 pounds of weed, news crews...etc...a month later it was old news and the house was rented out again..

@Bryan Watkins  I liked eXp as a new agent since I was still splitting my time as an investor in the beginning and they had low fees with no pressure to "pound the pavement" right away. 

If you bought bacon for $2.21 a pound in 1990, should the grocer be required to honor that price today just because you're 65 and on oxygen?

I think it's becoming more and more obvious that I need to start pounding the pavement and looking for off-market properties

This takes a LOT of my time.If I went to get a judgement against this tenant for the balance of the lease (if I could even find them to serve court papers), the judge would tell me to go pound sand, absorb it as a business expense, go re-rent the apartment, move on with my life and quit bothering him with this "nonsense."

They do not get to come pound on your door at 2 am because they've been thinking about adding a dog to their lease. 

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but you didn't ask for theirs so they can pound salt.I would not renew the lease on this one. 

The utility in my case politely told me to pound sand when I asked if they'd work with me on the $300. 

On the first day they moved in there was something minor that needed repair, so I go over there to take care of it and I'm greeted by a 80-90 pound german shepherd who was not at all welcoming.

I caught a 20 pound snapping turtle yesterday.
