some people are just not comfortable on that topic, like someone will always be scared of getting on planes. 

My wife and I have "flipped the switch" and started planing out our investment property strategy.

And a lot will go to robots and computers in the US.Already, you see Fedex, UPS, Uber, etc. looking to go driverless.

Tax liens can only attach to assets; boats, cars, and planes, houses etc.

Well first of all, I've been jumping out of planes, getting shot at, climbing mountains, driving through IED ridden landscapes and doing things way riskier than "retiring" for a large part of my life.

Of course there are also some positive signs:* RV rentals are showing a strong rebound as people are scared of traveling by plane or stay in hotels. * Workforce RV housing can have an excellent return if there’s demand as there’s less capital needed to fill up the park.
