Applicant with big judgement against them

I've got an applicant that is well qualified (good credit, good income, some significant debt).  I just received results from a judgement search and uncovered a HUGE (100K+) sales tax lien.  Applicant gave very brief explanation that it was related to a business, and that he will move on if its an issue.  I'm guessing its related to prior business that was never incorporated and treated as sole proprietorship that didn't collect sales tax. I like this applicant.  What would YOU do?

Tax liens can only attach to assets; boats, cars, and planes, houses etc. So at least you wont have to worry about him moving out because he is buying a house. I would pursue a more in-depth explanation however and if he does not want to engage perhaps he is not your guy.
