One of my main dislikes for the percentage basis of fees is that as the rent gets higher, the units/areas usually get nicer and there are usually less problems, but the PM makes more.

My main dislike of this whole process is wiring money, from any side of any deal. 

About 90 percent of the homes tested came in at normal levels but 10 percent had dangerous readings.I agree that I strongly dislike tiled counter tops.The grout is a pain to clean and it looks like crap.The only reason someone put it there is it is cheaper to buy the tiles.So when I look at a place I go what else did they skimp on??

Call 5 ask them what parts of the city they like/dislike and why.

I generally file an eviction (only $40) on the 15th unless previous arrangements have been made.Nothing I dislike more than a tenant that won't communicate why they are late or when they expect to pay the rent.

IMO you cant change the world to suit your likes and dislikes in general so maybe moving might be a good idea?
