HOAs are a blessing and a curse.

This is a great way to hear their thoughts on markets and strategy and a host of other topics.

It’s a mix of strategy, management, and a little bit of chaos, especially when dealing with unruly tenants or trying to balance your budget while upgrading properties.

Unless you have cash backing of your own to buy and a solid commercial buyer's list, these deals are unlikely to close.It doesn’t matter if I agree or disagree with the answer the responding poster provides.  

Looks good and a nice place to stay.One thing I wanted to see about is the foundation.

I use a Netflix and a HULU account specifically for the STRs. 

I do not trust unemployment numbers and a lot of the data from the government so we use what we see in front of us.
