@Joseph Gary It's definitely a great idea to find properties with little to no work especially if this is your first time doing out of state investing.

I have only been declining based on credit so far so I haven't gotten to the point yet where I needed to do the prior landlord interviews, but will definitely be interviewing as many prior landlords as possible.

It definitely would be near impossible in Utah.I wouldn't buy under 50k without any experience.
