Hi all, I've been reading various places that banks have wildly different rules/rates for counting rental income as income in qualifying for a mortgage. 

The smaller properties tend to be the wild west and you do not know what kind of PM you can find.  

It was pretty wild at first, at least for me.  

Back up to market rents in a wildly hot and increasing market (depending on exactly where it's at, but it's all going up in these places..).
