People are always going to worry about who is living next door to them and unfortunately for them they have no control over the matter, all you can do is reassure them that you're not going to rent to crack dealers, hookers, and child molestors.

They also did not just choose to not purchase flood insurance, it was to their understanding not available to them because their community was not part of some flood protection program, but I really don't know the details.To say my dad is not successful would be completely false, as he is very successful in comparison to the vast majority of our local population and I lived I privileged child hood - so it's not a matter specifically of my potential of earning for more income.

Seems reasonable...and yes, we did mention to the tenants that we were meeting with our real estate agent...they admit to being undecided but now don't know why they would move if they could own the house themselves!

I have seen several apartments in the area who have rules posted online that state a maximum number of adults per unit (based on bedrooms) and then a maximum number of occupants over 12 months old (this is tricky because infants don't count toward occupants and have to be allowed but the law is unclear as to what age a child should be counted toward the occupant total).
