Impatient landlords rent to people they shouldn't and later regret it.

That is when I realized, its my desperation to make it, my drive, my ego, and my impatience, which makes me grind my wheels too hard and make emotional decisions (rather can carefully studied ones), thereby leading to more failure.

I recall at 23-24, getting off the train after my 1 hour and 40 minute commute had ended and watching middle aged adults sprinting to their cars to get home and beat the 2 minutes of traffic in the parking lot after commuting nearly 2 hours.

Probably due to my impatience. 

These days zillow gets something like 80% of the traffic for real estate!

It is not a job for your cousin's, wife's, nephew who handles traffic tickets.

One can not convert a motel (c1) into multi without a rezoning, traffic, impact study by the City.

Buying a house is not the same but to me being a good salesperson is one of the main characteristics of a great seller agent.It's getting warmer now so people are coming out of winter hibernation, and we're hoping for a lot more traffic.

Little things, like putting HIGH quality pictures online , can help bring in more traffic. spend the $150 wisely.
