I would tell them assertively that the technician has been out, it is a new appliance, he has tested the temperature and it complies with the manufacturer's guarantee and leave it like that.

If I could drop the monthly 200 per side and explain that utils aren't included but are billed by me via this explicit amount it would be beneficial.I am also trying to give temperature controls to the basement using some electric heaters and detached AC unit as well as getting dampeners with the ducting to the basement since the whole property has 1 climate zone.lower lever tenant will have the option of using the same controls as the top level tenant or closing the vents and using their own heating/cooling methods.Both units are just about 1200sqft and both are 2be/1ba.Main unit has covered access to the garage while the second unit would not.Garage is "attached" as in has roof cover into the house but still exposed.

.- Install a freeze alarm that will remotely alert you when room temperatures dip. - Install anti freeze wrap on the pipes and cover in foam wrap.

Good morning allI'm currently rehabbing a house in Pennsylvania for rental and everything could have gone wrong went wrong.Anyway, I'm having so much issues with the plumbing system from cracked cast iron radiators to leaking pipes that the company that I hired said it will be better for me just to replace the heating system with Mini split ductless system, 5 of them for a total of 25K, my business partner is concerned that it will not be a good idea since the basement which is unused and unfinished will have no heat and pipes in the basement can break from freezing temperature and eventually cause more damages.
