Emanuel Monteiro Wholesale in Massachusetts
26 February 2019 | 4 replies
@Emanuel Monteiro it’s not exactly clear why you want to connect to an investor doing wholesaling in Massachusetts or Rhode Island, but my guess is that you want to do so as a source of off-market deals. If so, I would recommend 1) local real estate groups (they often meet at least monthly and have wholesalers of all experience levels), 2) check Craigslist to see who I see is posting “we buy houses” type ads, 3) call on “we buy houses” telephone pole (aka “bandit”) signs, and 4) Google “we buy houses yourtown” (and variations of that theme) and see who comes up.Keep in mind that a wholesaler’s main concern is “will this person CLOSE or are they going to back out at the last minute and leave me hanging?”

Certainly worth what I paid these people - Every form or document for the RE Agent that I needed to sign I did online with my computer and the rest of the work by phone, I worked with her almost completely by telephone, only seeing her two times, the day I drove up to look at the property, and the day I closed. - Every form or document for the mortgage provider that I needed to sign I did online with my computer, I never met these people face to face - I had the seller send me all the financials, the rent rolls, the current leases, the SPDS, etc. via e-mail. - I worked with the title company once again completely online and by phone, signing forms, and I wired them the earnest money and down payment from the bank less than a mile from my house.
