Entering a Wholesale Contract as a Seller
Hi - I’m approaching this from a little different angle. I’m a homeowner who is considering entering into a wholesale agreement with a contractor and there isn’t a ton of info out there on what I should be looking for in this agreement from my point-of-view. All info I can find is on preparing and presenting a contract from the wholesalers perspective. So if you don’t mind - what should I be looking for to protect myself in this agreement? What are the particulars that cause issue for sellers once the agreement has been signed that may not have been previously considered? Anything else that I should keep in mind that may not be part of an agreement but could become an issue for me or something that perhaps IS part of an agreement that I would benefit from its omission instead? Another words, any advice you would offer if you were on the other side of the table? Thanks for giving it some thought and sharing your knowledge to someone new to this entire experience.
