Where do I find the Recorded Notice of Trustee Sale??

I'm trying to contact the trustee or bank re: a property that is an REO listed on realtystore.com.

The contact information given on the site is not useful as the telephone number is a recording directing you to call the sales line on the recorded notice of trustee sale (which I don't have).

Does anyone have contact info for the following companies?

Or does anyone know where to get the recorded notice of trustee sale? I'm a complete newbie and have scanned the forums for information on these two topics, but have come up dry.

one last question---I read something on the forum about Troy's list (contact info for banks?)? Where can I find this?
