It has the most up to date/reliable information and it's connected directly to the MLS, so there is very little difference between this site and an agents MLS access.

For someone starting out on their first deal, I don't recommend doing a complete renovation unless you have reliable contractors or have some sort of prior experience.I would of chose a small multi-family property that need very minor repairs (which this type of property ended up being my second purchase).

Does anyone know of a reliable service provider that will go out to a property address and take photos for you and give a market analysis for that particular neighborhood?
