I am just starting my career in Real Estate Investing. What is the best approach when seeking private money lenders?  Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!!

Private money is a relationship business. Tell everyone you know what you do and how you can help them achieve good returns secured by real estate. Be patient. When you find a private lender treat them better than you promised.
