@Mario Richardson I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.There are 20+ real estate CPAs commenting in this forum.

For those who manage 3+ flips at a time, I'm curious what bookkeeping software you use and how you keep all the expenses properly matched to each property.

I don't need software to find them. 

The interaction and entry of the guests, and marketing can easily be done remotely with keypads and various rental software platforms.

I'm also a programmer and techie so I'm always building some software or service to make real estate investors, landlords, tenants have a better experience and a more profitable one.Thanks everyone for making this awesome community, hope to be able to contribute!

Hey guys, I'm curious to which software you guys use to collect funds from tenants (rent, fees, etc.)?

I assume this means paying for their software that they use (e-partner software).

My portfolio is expanding and I feel I need to make a switch to a different software (I am currently using Innago) which has worked well for years but is missing some of the more sophisticated features - there is no mobile app for landlords so it's hard to manage on the go, there is no accounting functionality built in, changing lease terms/renewals can be clunky.
