Seeking a source of seed capital for building 3 tiny houses fro quick sale.

Full disclosure: I/we are new to real estate investing, and are soaking up all the BP knowledge that we can.

Hey guys, just trying to get started with real estate investing and wondering what your thoughts are on using credit cards for financing some of my seed capital costs for real estate investing?

@Jose Guevarra You may want to check out Seed Capital they offer the same type of thing through credit cards.

The water goes through the tile and grout and should hit a barrier of some type (redgard, kerdiboard, hydroban etc) when it dosent because there is nothing but green board there (illegal to put in showers now) well the green board soaks up water and never dries out.

I am a homeowner but currently lack seed money and am hoping to build a down payment for my first rental property through wholesaling and other means.

I'm definitely trying to soak up as much info as I can.

Why not seed the lawn in?
