And what are the requirements for those funds during that transition (i.e. do the funds have to be in a separate, isolated account - or escrow - similar to 1031 Exchange) when/if there is a time between the Sale of the first and Purchase of the replacement?

Just wondering if anybody has purchased separate landlord insurance, if it was with this company and what your experience may have been. 

This is a different question if you're talking about 4 separate properties plus a vacant lot or 4 homes on 1 lot.

Fixed up/separated basement and upper floor with separate entrances and created 2 addresses.

This needs to be held separate and apart from any rent proceeds (typically in an escrow or trust account) until the tenant moves out.

(Separate issue, I've been unable to find one that I'm happy with)- I know there are other cheaper/free property management applications and services, but the repair coordination and not needing to be on call is a huge plus for me.- Experience - So far is just awesome.

We rented separately and it worked, but I would not do it again.
