I have been interested in real estate and real estate investment, since I was very young, when I helped my father clean and prepare a condo between tenants in Newport, Rhode Island (okay, all I really did was scrub floors).Through joining and participating in this community, I hope to learn people's unique perspectives on real estate investment and the "whys" and "hows".

My tenant told me this morning that two items were broken: a foot scrub, and an "All Star Teacher"award given to her by her students.

Work hard and 400 will add up (impressed people give tips) 2 - Offer to do grueling jobs for family - scrubbing grout things they just can't get around to.

They help input leads, pull comps, transcribe voicemails, get your marketing out week in and week out without fail, scrub your lists, remove bad addresses from list, build your lists,  they even offer a sales team to help you call your leads for additional fees.

I have been in the process of scrubbing my full list of absentees recently.  

Also, it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the guessing and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

I suspect they have paid a 3rd party to scrub negative reviews.  

I am more then happy to volunteer for my off work hours weather its scrubbing toilets helping send cold mail or really anything I really would like to find some friends in the industry that I can really get along with because it isn't like that with any of my old high school friends. thanks again bigger pockets community and all the investors on here you guys are so awesome and helpful and I am eternally grateful that a platform like this exists for aspiring investors and experienced alike. i really hope that i can make some friends who have the same life goals as me because it feels extremely lonely right now with no one have a wonderful day!
