Hi there, does anyone here own rentals in the UK? I'm coming back to England and plan on acquiring rental properties.

@Chris Virgilio You have been living on beans and rice and rice and beans since you've started your debt snowball.

You can pay a student from A&M or Rice to do all the marketing and leg work for you and be more effective than having a real estate agent.

Its an awesome place to do business.We just closed on Tuesday on a remodel in charlestons Wagner terrace and set a new MLS record for price per sq ft.keep up the good work your in a nice niche market there.. and those houses have such great bones you can be very proud of bringing these grand homes back to life

There is no existing garden, terrace or flower bed, but there are a couple of existing bushes I've kept.

It opens to a large view terrace with a fireplace.
