HelloWe recently purchased a property through 1031 Exchange and the title is with our Revocable Trust (Trustee my wife and I).

I have not every purchased property in Canada, but my wife is Canadian and I've seen some of the issues her family has had to deal with.  

I would also like to know the purchase price and current market value.
