Some owners set a weekday and weekend price and don't adjust whatsoever for holidays or slower times.

I suppose this could be considered such because there is over 15 acres, but the owners from what I understand do not actually make any wine or grow any grapes anymore.As for the business, it is now strictly weddings, but the owners don’t do business too aggressively, more of a relaxed pace with maybe 20 events a year.

Although relators tell you people buy houses year round it is an advantage to sell after the holidays at minimum and not in the dead of winter in Wisconsin.   

As we head into the holiday (Thanksgiving is 10 weeks away) I think you may see houses sell for list price and DD back to a reasonable 1-2%.
