@Marcia Maynard you helped reduce my anxiety about this.

They seemed to be the most reputable of the RTA cabinet shops I found and they seem to have frequently recurring sales.  

After 20 minutes in the conversation I asked her to make a list and share with me:- Ask the employees what is the most tedious work they do and recurring tasks- Ask the employees what changes they should make in the office to make life easy- List all the software they are using- Here comes the most difficult questions:--- Ask the owner why he wants to switch.

We had a "back up" of the tub and toilets and shower on Monday and now the problem is fixed but I'm concerned about it recurring and need to stratagize on replacement of the entire system vs. keep treating the roots.
