After many years in large corporate CRE & residential finance I am ready to build my own portfolio and be my own boss. It will take a lots of hard work and time but I look forward to the challenge!

To start my plan is to acquire SFR, duplex up to four plexes for the purpose of creating strong recurring cash flow. My goal is to have enough cash flow to cover my current income as well as capital needs for future acquisition and property management in 4 years.

I welcome any tips and advice and would love to connect to see how I could be of service to others on this board. My background in finance is more relevant to $10mm and up transactions but the fundamentals of real estate are always the same. Buy low, manage expenses, and sell high.
