hi @Alex Russo my biggest bone of contention is that depending on what kind of listing agreement the seller has signed you may be encouraging them to break that contract which could end up causing them to pay a commission when it sells regardless of who procures the buyer.

They somehow "procure" them with ease, i.e., have a brother in law with a used one in the garage.You should definitely make sure you get them when you purchase a house and take them out for later use.

PM tenant procurement fees and turnkey costs will far outweigh the alternative.

They are loaded with debt, lack ambition and are just now starting to procure decent jobs.
