I was under the impression that I post things on sites like craigslist and send mailers and expect a small percentage of callers from those marketing strategies.

Now, I only do showings at a specific property once per week and get all the callers there at once.

I am not mailing them again, but for tracking purposes I am counting these callers towards reponse ratio.

I would recommend either service because they both are really good about taking down detailed messages and dealing with disgruntled callers.

If you must meet someone, call someone to call you in like 5 minutes, you answer the phone and tell the caller you're with Mr.

Mail every 3 to 4 weeks and don't worry about any naysayers or angry callers - it's a part of the business and part of the fun. :)
