I would add some patio furniture on the front porch and a boxwood wreath to the front door. 

My current plan is to expand the kitchen into the current back patio, in the process upgrading the existing den into an adjacent great room.  

Just be prepared to do the touch up and protect your floors with drop clothes or plastic floor wrap.

There are plastic grates we use for french drains etc.

Added a patio and fire pit in the backyard and additional landscaping.

This trash includes furniture, full garbage bags, cardboard boxes filled with various items, paint containers, plastic buckets, etc.She ordered the bulk trash removal service 2 days ago, and apparently they can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to come by and pick up SPECIFIC items from the FRONT yard only.My closing is (was) tomorrow morning.
