My philosophy is that buying only for appreciation or future cash flow is speculation, so if you are wealthy go for it.

I've completely changed my philosophy (or lack there of) on money and have managed to save 25k in the past 12 months.

Thanks for your feedback.While I disagree with @Mitch Messer in his opinion that it is NEVER acceptable to have negative cashflow as that is a short sighted philosophy applied to a long term investment strategy, this property would be highly negative. 

One of the KW philosophies is that once you help enough people to get what they want you will get what you want. 

Differences in philosophy, opinion, work ethic, and personality will come to a head when tensions are running high if expectations were not outlined ahead of time.Working with family comes with the added layer of past history and emotional ties.

One the flip side, it could tarnish your reputation, but I subscribe to the philosophy of second chances.

Now there is a philosophy of using multiple accounts to help with budgeting for psychological reasons.

Please note that there is plenty of opportunity out there and if you try to do it all, you may very well end up scattered & eventually burned out.There's an awesome book/philosophy out there called Essentialism: The disciplined pursuit of less (versus the undisciplined pursuit of more) by Greg McKeown.I personally only invest in Self Storage. 

My "investing philosophy" is driven by cash flow and, so I am not really focused in future appreciation, that is the reason why I am looking for out-of -state investing.
