@Sebastian Castro I’m also new to this environment.

The experience of being in a RE environment,, hearing the language and seeing business done is priceless. 

So just completed a home/termite inspection on a duplex, found termite residues (State of NC defines it as active termite infestation), there is minor noticeable damage on the shoe molding on the floor but no signs of wear and tear on the wall but I nor the inspector cannot tell without ripping apart the wall how bad the infestation is- the seller is willing to pay for a termite extermination but my concern is how much damage these termites have already done on the inside of my walls that I cannot see- is there a termite expert professional I can hire to inspect the home more in depth during my due diligence period or anyway for me to get a peace of mind for this matter? 

I think I want a face to face classroom environment where I can hear an instructor's "lessons learned" and network with other newbies.

It makes me crazy but I had to come to peace with it.I would sit down with them and make the following points.  

Most commonly done within 4 years.From there, They can enjoy the peace of mind of having the mortgage payments made without the need for a lengthy closing process and that they achieved a sale at or near the asking price.

I hate to say it but this is a much tougher environment now than in 2012 for newbies.
