If an investor has the time, knowledge, capital and experience to be an active property investor then there are a number of strategies , that, depending on the economic market can be used to accelerate wealth building.  

Where I live, we still have a severe shortage of homes--median time on market is still 7 days and it would likely be shorter if not for delayed negations being the norm. 

I see you've had the property on the market for a while, which must be frustrating, but what will it take to put a transaction together?

I am also really interested in the stock market and the real estate industry! 

@Jaedon StoutBRRRR Strategy - This works well when buying properties below market value and rehabbing them to increase equity.

Some will dangle out-of-market offers in a term sheet, then ask for substantial sums of money right away.
