At a minimum, add enough shutoff valves so you can isolate the units to work on them.

Not a big deal we isolated it to a couple of big elbows, but too big for me to break down and fix.

If it's a small town that is a bedroom community for a much bigger town within 30 minutes that might not be too bad, but if it's isolated be careful.

So many people get up in arms over termites as if the world was ending.Hopefully it is an isolated issue and does not extend into void areas not accessible.

I can only imagine what the remainder of the house looks like.  ...if the quality of the construction is good then I would probably have reason to believe this problem is isolated to this particular area. another question I would ask would be about flooding in the area. pay a trusted professional and save yourself from a disaster!

The further south you go, the more you are catering to the military population and isolating your clients.
