Then it expands, and of course ice is very powerful, and in the case of a hollow basement lined with blocks with thousands of mortar joints (as opposed to a poured wall or very thick wall) the blocks give way.

Let's say you have a tenant slip and fall on ice they sue your ABC Rentals LLC because that's what the properties named on the lease, etc. 

These systems have a defrost mode and they literally stop heating for periods of time to melt the ice off of the heat pump that is outside.

I'm thinking a take out ice cream / water ice store.

Break some bread or have one drink as an ice breaker.

Also, I like to see appreciation as icing on the cake.

Many investors got killed, others made a killing. exactly Russell highly regional.. if this ICE stuff actually happens I would be worried about my illegal or semi legal Hispanic tenants right now. :)
