I wouldn't say you're being unfair, but you have a tenant who has paid- the funds have left her acct, but you have chosen to not use the express pay option.

I feel it is important to express to the home owner that you have a genuine care for wanting to help the home owner resolve their debts.

Partner has not expressed any interest in owning a piece of my real estate, and I would not want it either.
