Driving through your rental property, if you see a remodel going on stop and talk to the workers, head cheese or contractor is probably not there.    

Choosing to become a local real estate developer means you're not just watching change happen – you're right there in the driver's seat, actively shaping your community's destiny and driving its growth.

So short of a pandemic wiping out a chunk of our local population or something else of that magnitude, there is not really much that can change these circumstances driving supply and demand.And without changing the circumstances, the results will be the same.

The city is rowing so fast it's driving prices up.

All of these are within a half-hour's drive or slightly more. 

If you anticipate a big change in interest rates, what factors do you believe will drive this change?

Some of them are rockstars and have a drive in their job, those few that I know have provided me their database of open vouchers that need to be fulfilled and they are having a hard time.

While we have not yet secured our first property, we have spent the last year+ educating ourselves, networking, driving for dollars, and substantially reducing our debt load.
