Worked out well and retined boiler heat with central air in a 4 bedroom 9 room house.So its not either/or; you can have boiler heat and central air together.

And it depends on the property of course....drone shots are more important if there are nearby features that would appeal to buyers.

Like Ken and Chris, I would potentially sell a property on a land contract, but I wouldn't buy one that way.

I invested with them and was very disappointed.
