I would also check the public domain for Google reviews, etc.

Recall not long after '08'/'09' there was suite's stating the MLS was public domain, and thus should be stripped from the various NAR entities and made a "free" public domain. 

I read about 1033 exchange which is valid in such a case of eminent domain.

However, a lot of property data is public domain and can be used for analysis and predictive modeling at scale.

Despite some relative success in that domain, I've found that I still lack the one thing I covet most; TIME!

I ran the numbers on a 1x1 condo near the domain and it was a terrible deal.
