Good evening, folks! I am VERY happy to be here! My name is Adam -- I am an engineer and early leader at an Aerospace and Defense firm in the U.S. and am looking to begin the path to financial freedom through real estate investing. 

I am, by and large, a toothless pup in this world at present. However, in the world of defense, I have been a top-tier performer in every organization I've been a part of. Despite some relative success in that domain, I've found that I still lack the one thing I covet most; TIME! I consider time to be our most precious resource, and will treat yours with an equal amount of respect as I do my own; namely, by not wasting it and by working to give value back to you in any way that I can.
