I had been wholesaling in a very hot seller's market and I had been doing it almost exclusively with the MLS so it was a tough go and, on top of that I was wholesaling to just one investor.I am now back for good with the firm resolution to never, ever stop again.

I had my agent call the LA several times and he found out that the LA was in some kind of dispute with the MLS and I think he had been locked out of the MLS.

@Mike SattemYou might want to step back and not try to sway the appraisal because they know their job, and if you don't like the outcome dispute it, and some lenders will back away when a borrower suggests anything.

If the tenant wants to add an "agreed to vacate" judgment signed by the plaintiff and notarized then it can be added to the file and they dispute with the credit bureau and it comes off as they see it was vacated.

An interesting epidemic.I think the volumes of applications, credit reports, borrowers, good loans, denials, issues and resolutions not to mention collateral (resi & comm) complemented with title issues filled the tool shed to what it is today.
